Terms of service
These terms cover the services run at uniwire.sh: the website and documentation, the web editor at uniwire.sh/viewer and the hosted MCP server at mcp.uniwire.sh, including when you use it through an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. The uniwire software itself is open source under the Apache License 2.0; these terms do not restrict what that licence allows.
The service
The services are free, provided as they are, and may change, be limited or stop at any time. The hosted MCP server bounds every request (document size, number of sheets, time); requests beyond these limits are refused.
Not an engineering certificate
uniwire checks documents against a set of rules (NF C 15-100, IEC 60364 and others) and draws them. These are automatic checks of the data in the document, not a conformity certificate and not engineering advice. A qualified electrician must verify any installation (design, installation conditions, earthing, short-circuit currents, equipment data) before it is built or modified.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to break the law, to attack or overload them (no load or denial-of-service testing; report security issues to [email protected]), to get around their limits, or to store content you have no right to share. Do not put personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers) in documents sent to the hosted server.
Your documents
Your documents remain yours. The hosted server keeps the documents of its results for 30 days after their last use so that short links work; anyone who has a link can open its document. Details in the privacy page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without any warranty, and their operator is not liable for damage resulting from their use, from an error in a check or a drawing, or from their unavailability.
Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version. They are governed by French law.
